01. Introducing the face behind: Allison Gigi

Hi, I’m Allison Gigi Alves Barata, most people call me Alli. I Live in Haarlem which is obviously the best city in the world. Born and raised in the Netherlands, but my roots lie in Portugal & South Africa.

Family means everything to me. Stick tight and once we connect, I will never loose sight. 

In my free time I love to spend time on the beach, out in the sun, drink cocktails and treasure hunt some extraordinary earrings, sunglasses or hats. My favorite holiday destination? Somewhere tropical or a city trip to New York.

With a degree in Graphic Design and multiple certificates in fashion and media styling, I focus on the design part of brands. Even tho, I love to do it all. I worked for creative agency’s, lifestyle-, touroperator-, hospitality- and fashion brands. I know quite a few things about the Adobe Creative Suite and my super power is to design with passion, expertise, quality and great communication. All doing this within tight deadlines and having a big smile on my face.

However, nothing gives me more joy than the excitement of people after they see their dream become a reality with the work I visualized for them.
